The cleaning team will provide the following services as per the selected package:
Special requests agreed upon in the booking form will also be fulfilled during the service.
The client agrees to provide access to the property at the time of service.
Payment per each cleaning:
Payment is due on the day of service.
Late payments will incur a 5% late fee after 30 days.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $50 cancellation fee.
The company is not responsible for any pre-existing damages.
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days’ notice for recurring services.
